3. Scope of Services

We offer personalized consultation and support for:

• Student visa applications

• Job seeker and startup visa guidance

Please note: Final decisions on visa applications are made solely by the respective immigration authorities. Yuwin Consultants does not guarantee any approvals or job offers.

4. Payment Terms

• Service fees are discussed and agreed upon before starting any process.
• A portion of the payment (typically 50%) is collected upfront; the balance is due upon reaching key milestones.
• All fees paid to external authorities (embassies, government portals, etc.) are borne by the client and are non-refundable.
• Consultancy fees once paid to Yuwin Consultants are non-refundable, except in cases of double payment or administrative error.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents.
• Respond to communication and requests in a timely manner.
• Notify us of any changes to eligibility, personal information, or visa status.

We are not responsible for delays or rejections resulting from incomplete or misleading client information.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client information and documents are handled with strict confidentiality and used solely for processing your immigration or visa application. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Yuwin Consultants shall not be held liable for:

• Rejection of visa applications or delays from third-party institutions.
• Any losses, expenses, or damages arising from client-provided misinformation or non-compliance with legal requirements.
• Circumstances beyond our control, including policy changes, travel restrictions, or force majeure events.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, visuals, materials, and service formats are the property of Yuwin Consultants. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without prior written consent.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• The client breaches these terms.
• False or fraudulent information is provided.
• The client fails to make required payments.
• The process is no longer legally or ethically feasible.

Any dues must be settled before termination. No refunds will be provided for work already completed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Oman.

11. Modifications

Yuwin Consultants reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
